Not going to lie, when I met up with Lauren at the Brooklyn Flea on Sunday I actually squealed. I LOVE how she added a pop of color with her bright yellow neon socks. I'm all about accessorizing with socks lately as it's the perfect (and so easy) way of transitioning your summer shoes to Fall and getting away with bare legs and booties! Because for me, it's not time to break out the tights yet.
This is actually a problem in NYC. I think some women wear tights as soon as it's officially "Fall", no matter that it's still getting up to 70 degrees during the day! Ladies. No. We have so many months ahead of us where it is going to be bitterly cold and then you'll have all the opportunity in the world to put on your tights. Maybe two pairs if it's super cold.* But right now, enjoy that it's still warm enough to rock mini shorts and some super tall wedge booties with bare legs. See above for proof.
