Sometimes work gets so hectic that all I want to do is strap on a pair of sandals, toss on a loose dress, and head to the closest happy hour I can find.
That's just what we did a few days ago at Union Pool, a chill and unassuming bar that's now only 2 blocks from Micol's new apartment. Like most bars we tend to frequent in the summertime, they've got a great backyard... and a great happy hour! Equipped with picnic tables, an outdoor bar, and a taco truck for when we got the munchies, it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day.
Plus, how fun is that colorful wall? My bright accessories and punchy print of the dress seemed to be made for it.

LOVE the taco truck. you are seriously inspiring me to want to take more pics outside of my own front yard! now, all i need is a photog! a little hard for me to lug around a toddler and my tripod/remote...ha ha! it's hell getting old i tell ya. =) wouldn't trade it for the world though. you look adorbs girl!
